We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Facade Finishers to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to building facades, ensuring they are both visually appealing and durable.
What You Will Do:
Apply façade materials such as cladding, stucco, or EIFS to building exteriors
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and smoothing
Install decorative elements and insulation as required
Ensure finishes meet quality standards and specifications
Follow safety procedures and use tools and equipment properly
Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet deadlines
What We Look For:
Prior experience in façade finishing or exterior wall construction
Knowledge of various façade materials and application techniques
Attention to detail and a high standard of craftsmanship
Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions
